Once the defective unit is returned and examined by Noark Australia, if it is determined that the failure is not attributed to any product quality-related issues associated with Noark Australia, the initially approved decision may lose its validity. Noark Australia retains the right to impose all associated costs on the party filing the claim in such case.

Before initiating a warranty claim, it is essential to ensure that issues are not attributed to external factors, such as elevated line grid voltages or wiring discrepancies. Noark AU exclusively handles warranty cases associated with product/machine defect issues.

For end users, it is recommended to liaise with your installer or solar retailer to thoroughly inspect your system before proceeding with a warranty claim.

Upon submission of a warranty claim, along with pertinent supporting documents (inclusive of any documents or photos substantiating the claim), an email containing an ticket number will be sent to your dedicated email address. Noark AU commits to processing the claim within 3 business days. Kindly reference the provided number when reaching out to follow up on the progress via email.

It is imperative to acknowledge that Noark AU retains the right to dismiss a warranty claim if there is dissatisfaction regarding the origin of the defect, attributing it to defective workmanship or materials. Additionally, replacement of the Inverter, Battery, and/or Accessory without prior consent from Noark AU may result in the rejection of the warranty claim.
